Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Technical Delivery & Operations Lead – Casino Engineering to enhance coordination, visibility, and execution across the Casino Engineering function. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product, and other Technology teams to ensure delivery plans, priorities, and operational realities are clearly structured and communicated.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience in technical delivery coordination, technical project/program management, or engineering operations.
• Proven experience working with internal technical and product stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively through influence rather than authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into actionable insights for prioritisation.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and with modern engineering teams.
• Ability to learn new technical domains to support planning and delivery alignment.
• Highly comfortable using AI and AI-powered tools to support analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units.
• Coordinate shared initiatives and organisational dependencies with Engineering Managers and leaders outside of Casino Engineering.
• Translate engineering realities into clear, structured, data-backed communication for stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between technical priorities, delivery execution, and business goals.
• Coordinate and structure delivery plans into a cross-team view across product-driven and technical initiatives.
• Maintain the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution and platform improvements.
• Facilitate regular planning and alignment sessions with stakeholders to review priorities, sequencing, and dependencies.
• Review observability insights and ensure actions are reflected in delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure roadmaps and plans are reflected in Jira and managed with input from Engineering Managers.
