Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of commercial experience. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot 3.x, integrate with Nasdaq Calypso, and work with messaging systems like Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.

You will apply secure coding practices, develop tests with JUnit, optimize queries with SQL Developer, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Java backend development experience.
• Experience with Nasdaq Calypso software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Framework and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Hands-on with messaging platforms (Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Experience writing tests with JUnit or similar libraries.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Work with Nasdaq Calypso to support financial systems.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries with SQL Developer.
• Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, functional) with JUnit.
• Apply secure coding practices and improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable solutions.
