Job summary

Neti sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge business needs with advanced blockchain technology. You will design and deploy blockchain solutions, lead stablecoin deployments, and optimize off-chain ledgers for distributed financial transactions.

You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams, translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while working across remote or hybrid environments with international clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Core Web3 Developer role.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages: Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript.
• Advanced English proficiency (min. C1) to ensure fluent communication with international clients.

Responsibilities
