Grow Therapy is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to help make mental healthcare more accessible. You will troubleshoot issues, educate Clients and Therapists, and partner with Product teams to improve the platform. The role emphasizes empathy, customer experience, and independent remote work.

Candidates with HIPAA familiarity and multilingual skills are a plus. The position is fully remote with occasional travel 2-3 times per year and an hourly, non-exempt compensation structure.

Competenze

• One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial & government payors.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes preferable in mental health.
• Experience verifying benefits, reading EOBs, and explaining benefits in Claim MD/Availity.
• Experience with various payor portals.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity / asynchronous communication.
• Love problem solving; curious about health tech.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat.
• Identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform.
• Educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform, delivering excellent customer service.
• Act as the customer's go-to resource, ensuring Clients and Therapists feel heard and supported.
