Job summary

NIQ is hiring a BI Analyst to support European NIQ clients by enabling self-serve analytics through BI tools. You will scope, build and deliver solutions that meet recurrent data needs while leveraging NIQ and partner solutions to deliver value.

You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are met, track performance, and educate users on platform usage to drive adoption. A remote-friendly role with opportunities to grow in BI and analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client servicing experience in FMCG, focusing on BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis (Discover NIQ or PowerBI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Keen to learn new technologies for business solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proven project management and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building with clients.
• Comfort with remote-based work.

Responsibilities

• Assist NIQ clients in understanding and utilizing BI tools effectively
• Develop and propose BI solutions tailored to clients' recurrent data needs
• Deliver on performance tracking and success measurement
• Consult with clients on optimizing BI usage, automation, analytics and reporting
• Identify leads from client interactions and translate into opportunities
• Own end-to-end reporting solutions across data sources (RMS, CPS, Omni)
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
• Support day-to-day BI customer support and deployment activities
• Educate users on platform-specific instructions to drive adoption
• Share best practices in an open, inclusive team culture
• Collaborate with BI and Insights teammates to identify process improvements
• Engage in continuous learning to upskill and advance core areas
