Job summary

DNV is hiring a BI Developer in Poland to design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for energy systems analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights, support data preparation, and optimize ETL/ELT processes.

The role emphasizes independence, stakeholder collaboration and clear communication in an international environment, with opportunities for remote work within Poland and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required for daily collaboration with international colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Professional degree in IT, analytics, computer science, engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into clear insights by building dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate with BI Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts and Product Owners.
• Own deliverables, gather and refine requirements with stakeholders.
• Communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences and ensure quality.
