Job summary

Saphetor SA is seeking an Application Scientist in Clinical Genomics to join our commercial team. You will support customers from pre‑sales discussions through onboarding to post‑sales support, helping drive adoption of VarSome across labs and clinics.

You will translate complex genomics and IT requirements into practical benefits, engaging clinicians, scientists and IT staff. The role involves international travel and collaboration with global customers while maintaining high scientific

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Genetics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in clinical genomics workflows including NGS analysis.
• Strong ability to simplify complex clinical genomics concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for clinicians, lab staff and IT professionals.
• Native Polish with proficient English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert demonstrations bridging clinical needs with VarSome Premium and Clinical deployments.
• Lead onboarding for geneticists and bioinformaticians for rapid time-to-value.
• Coordinate on-premises and private cloud deployments with DevOps for infrastructure specs.
• Fine-tune filtering strategies and automation to improve platform stickiness and value.
• Gather user feedback to influence product roadmap and cultivate partnerships.
