Fotc is seeking a Trainer for Google Workspace and Gemini to empower client teams through interactive sessions, workshops, and tailored content. You will deliver training online, on-site, and through webinars while continuously refining materials to maximize client learning outcomes.

The role emphasizes using Gemini to boost efficiency, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with Sales to uncover opportunities across the FOTC portfolio.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Google Workspace, ability to explain features to varied users
• Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions online and offline
• Daily use of AI tools (Gemini) and ability to teach others to apply AI
• Strong empathy, listening, and client trust-building skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver and update training content on Google Workspace and Gemini for diverse clients.
• Conduct online and on-site workshops; create materials and exercises.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to hand over qualified leads.
