Google seeks a Staff Software Engineer to own end-to-end technical and product strategy for Gemini Enterprise Mobile on iOS and Android in Poland. You will blend mobile mastery with product intuition to enable enterprise users to leverage generative AI on the go.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in mobile application development either iOS or Android.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Dart, Flutter, Objective-C or Swift.
• Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Set long term technical goal and co-create product roadmap for Gemini Enterprise on iOS and Android.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, polished mobile experiences with sharp user empathy and product judgment.
• Build resilient app architectures connecting client state, device hardware (voice, camera), and back-end AI infrastructure.
• Guarantee consumer-grade UI responsiveness while maintaining enterprise standards for security, compliance, and identity.
• Partner across Product, UX, and AI/back-end teams to deliver Google-wide innovations while mentoring executive engineers.
