Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Szczecin to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers.

You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development, with remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and clear written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs and provide detailed feedback.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities and compare multiple AI solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.
