Job summary

STX Next Sp z.o.o. is seeking an AI/ML Automation Engineer for a remote Poland role. You will design and deploy robust AI automation pipelines, integrate with enterprise environments, and advocate for your technical choices.

You will prototype rapidly, leveraging Cursor and LangChain to accelerate delivery, while enabling non-technical users through training. The role focuses on AI-native workflows, Microsoft Copilot integration, and translating business needs into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Python mastery with production-ready code.
Experience building agentic workflows using LangChain family.
Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI-first IDEs.
Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
Strong spoken and written English (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping & Delivery of AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines in Python.
AI-First Development maximizing delivery speed with AI tools.
Enterprise integration of AI solutions into enterprise environments (Copilot ecosystem).
Enablement & Training for non-technical users to adopt AI tools.
Collaborative architecture with product and business leaders to justify technical choices.
