Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote hourly contract in Rzeszów area. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, shaping how AI coding assistants learn and perform. This hands-on engineering work operates asynchronously with flexible hours.

You’ll be assessed on coding ability, reasoning, and clear written explanations. Prior experience across multiple languages and strong fundamentals are valued highly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed above.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
