Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical customer support in SaaS or a high-growth tech company.
• Experience working in a start-up with international teams in a remote setting.
• Experience troubleshooting APIs and browser errors.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Autonomous and execution-focused mindset.
• General interest in AI and technology (extra points if you’re an ElevenLabs user).

Responsibilities

• Rapidly resolve customer support tickets with empathy and speed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to APIs and browser errors and provide user-friendly solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and help center articles to assist users.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the company to ensure clear feedback loops.
• Assist in maintaining a respectful and secure user environment and support community guidelines.
