Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Research Engineer to join the research team, focusing on deploying and optimizing frontier AI models in production. You will own the systems that turn research breakthroughs into real-time products used by millions, optimizing latency, throughput, and cost.

You’ll build high-performance serving systems, create tooling for researchers, and push the boundaries of AI at scale in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and serving ML models in production.
• Strong GPU programming and inference optimization capabilities.
• Ability to diagnose bottlenecks across the serving stack and build tooling to measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy state-of-the-art models to production and ensure efficient serving.
• Optimize latency, throughput, and cost across the stack using quantization, batching, and custom kernels.
• Build high-performance serving systems for real-time workloads.
• Create tooling and infra to ship models to production quickly and safely.
