Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions for customer support and business operations. You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, evaluate technologies, and guide solutions from discovery through deployment.

You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to determine the best AI approach, ensure reliability and scalability, and align with business goals. Remote-friendly role with global clients and USD compensation.

Qualifications

Fluent English (C1+); able to communicate with clients and internal teams.
Proven experience delivering AI-powered support solutions from discovery to production.
Experience building AI chatbots/voicebots for customer support or service operations.
Hands-on with AI platforms and automation tools (e.g., Zendesk AI Agents, n8n, Voiceflow).

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI solutions based on client requirements and tech constraints.
Define architecture, data flows, integrations, and implementation approach.
Develop AI-powered solutions including chatbots, agent assist, and automation.
Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and knowledge retrieval systems.
Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal teams; demonstrate solutions and business value.
Troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions to deployment.
