FORM powers the world’s two billion mobile workers with AI-enabled task management and computer vision solutions. We are expanding into AR and edge deployment, seeking an AI Software Engineer to tackle non-trivial algorithmic challenges and deliver production-grade software used across thousands of stores globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML/DL models in production or applied R&D environments.
• Strong understanding of classical and modern computer vision and math foundations for 2D/3D geometry and spatial graphics.
• Practical experience with modern LLMs/VLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
• Core tech stack includes Python and DL frameworks (Keras, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Strong problem-solving ability to translate research concepts into production features.
• Fluent English communication in a distributed international team.
• Experience with code reviews, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and fully-tested production code. Participate in code reviews.
• Train and optimize ML/DL models and Vision-Language Models for retail scene understanding.
• Design features bridging computer vision and computer graphics for AR workflows.
• Profile, optimize, and deploy edge/on-device inference on mobile or embedded hardware.
• Work with multimodal LLMs, VLMs, and prompting techniques for automated recognition tools.
• Refine algorithms for robustness and global scalability.
