Holisticon Connect, a division within NEXER GROUP, seeks an experienced AI expert for a Bio/Pharma research initiative. The role encompasses end-to-end AI/ML delivery, production-ready systems, and collaboration with scientific teams on drug discovery workflows.

The ideal candidate combines deep AI/ML expertise with strong scientific understanding, with flexible full-time/part-time options and a required daily overlap of 2–3 hours within Poland-based teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML development in real-world R&D environments.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and autonomous/workflows.
• Strong Python programming and modern ML/AI ecosystem familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI solutions for Life Sciences and Pharma.
• Contribute to AI-driven drug discovery and early development.
• Build production-ready AI systems and scientific workflows.
• Apply Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology to biomedical problems.
• Develop AI solutions for molecular modelling and biologics discovery.
• Collaborate with scientific teams and translate research to production.
