Job summary

JUST ONE seeks an Accountant for a well-established international accounting and corporate services firm in Warsaw, with remote options in Poland. The role covers checking documents, posting to books, preparing VAT/CIT returns, payroll support, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in accounting, an Accounting Degree, and fluent English; French or German is a plus. Hybrid or remote work available, with private health insurance and Multisport gym card.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Fluency in English required; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check accounting documents for formal and accounting accuracy.
• Classify documents and post to the books using accounting software.
• Prepare VAT and CIT returns and filings with ZUS and GUS.
• Assist with payroll calculations for employees.
• Prepare reports and maintain client communications.
