Job summary

Resinex Polska, based in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an Accountant to support financial operations in a growing international group. The role includes verification of accounting documents, postings in the ERP, and month-end closings.

You will prepare statutory and tax reports, participate in group reporting, and interact with multiple departments. Partial remote work and parking are available, with a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in an independent accounting role; production-oriented company experience is a plus.
• Educational background in accounting or finance.
• Practical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Verify the formal and accounting accuracy of financial documents for production and commercial activity.
• Record accounting documents in the system in line with the Accounting Act.
• Manage trade settlements for a group of entities (bank statements, prepayments, overpayments, balances).
• Participate in month-end and year-end closings and in balance sheet preparation.
• Prepare reports for GUS, JPK VAT, CIT, and group reporting.
• Enter data in SAP S/4HANA and JD Edwards.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
