Job summary

JUST ONE, an established international accounting and corporate services firm, seeks an Accountant to join their growing Warsaw team or work remotely across Poland.

You will check documents, classify and post entries, prepare VAT/CIT taxes, assist payroll, and deliver timely reports while maintaining client relationships and adhering to internal procedures. English is mandatory; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Accounting degree required.
• English is mandatory; French or German is a plus.
• Accuracy, reliability, and precision in performing tasks.
• Clear communication with clients and strong listening skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Adherence to internal procedures and processes.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Check accounting documents for formal and accounting accuracy.
• Classify documents to correct accounts.
• Post documents to books using accounting software.
• Prepare tax returns and tax information (VAT and CIT) and filings (monthly and annual).
• Assist with payroll calculations for employees.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and ad hoc notes.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients and service providers.
• Other routine accounting tasks.
• Other duties reasonably related to the position held
