SQUAD is seeking a proactive L1 Technical Support Engineer to monitor 24/7 device health across rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. You will analyze dashboards, identify anomalies, and execute runbooks to escalate issues promptly while coordinating with engineering teams to keep systems stable around the clock.

This role demands strong networking knowledge, SQL basics, and experience with monitoring tools. Fluent English and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical support within IT/IoT/software environments.
• Solid networking knowledge and IoT device ecosystems.
• Basic SQL, data querying, and scripting for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS; strong English.

Responsabilités

• Continuously monitor dashboards and detection systems across shifts.
• Analyze real-time data to spot trends before customer impact.
• Respond to alerts; triage Sev 1–5 and escalate per runbooks.
• Initiate COEs and drive post-incident actions for root-cause fixes.
• Coordinate with eng, product, and infra during bridge calls.
• Provide updates within SLA; document incidents and create shift reports.
• Refine triage/escalation runbooks based on retrospectives.
