We are seeking a proactive Reliability Engineer to support a major global financial services client in Poland. If you’re an engineer with expertise in facilities operations, data analytics, and asset management—and you thrive on challenging the status quo—this could be your next opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze data from building and energy management systems to improve maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Collaborate with operations, planning, maintenance, and engineering teams, as well as various internal and external stakeholders, to drive asset management initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures, advise on corrective actions, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance (CbM/PdM) strategies.
  • Integrate and interpret data from automation, diagnostic, and capital planning systems to support repair vs. replacement decisions and life cycle asset management.
  • Conduct compliance, cost, and effectiveness audits for facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); track and report key performance indicators.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for facility condition assessments, asset renewal, capital planning, and commissioning/upgrades.
  • Take an active role in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across diverse JLL teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred), with at least 5 years’ experience in reliability, asset management, or facilities maintenance.
  • Expertise in CbM/PdM methods, building automation, energy management, and data analytics for capital planning.
  • Proven ability to manage and balance multiple stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong experience in regulated/critical environments (data centers, labs, manufacturing, automotive, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
  • Extensive experience with commercial, manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution facilities.
  • Advanced skills in CMMS and IT tools (Excel, diagnostics, automation).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, interpret technical data, and work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter who advocates for improvement and innovation.
Preferred
  • Certifications in reliability or asset management (CRL, CMRP, IAM, or Level 2 specialties).
