Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the change and release activities in a program delivering multiple technology changes in the z/OS mainframe area.

The role acts as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing communications, and guiding application development teams through complex releases. The project is expected to run for about two years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in a large organization.
• Experience in change and release management.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: z/OS mainframe knowledge and regulated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Change management for business process and technical changes.
• Managing communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams.
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities towards relevant users.
