Job summary

Point72’s Regulatory Reporting Team is responsible for governance across regulatory filings, data standards, and cross-departmental coordination. The role involves MiFID II reporting, data analysis, and collaboration with trading and technology to ensure reporting accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in regulatory reporting, strong SQL/Alteryx/Tableau skills, and excellent communication. Warsaw office is supported with comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, math, law, or related field.
• 2–5 years in regulatory reporting at a financial institution; hedge funds knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on MiFID II reporting experience across reference data and trade reporting.
• Knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives.
• Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau or AI tools; Excel/MS Office skills.
• Able to document cohesive workflows across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of filing responses for regulators (e.g., SEC, NFA, FCA, MAS).
• Execute MiFID II transaction reporting, monitor and remediate issues.
• Gather requirements and contribute to functional/technical specifications for reporting processes.
• Document requirements and workflows for regulations with business teams.
• Maintain and improve the controls framework for the team.
