Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Regulatory Change Identification Lead to join Citi's Legal, Regulatory Requirements and Obligations team on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on monitoring regulatory changes across MEA and select EU countries and ensuring timely routing through Citi's Regulations Management Program.

You will work with compliance, risk and business units, perform manual identifications when automation is unavailable, and escalate extraterritorial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, paralegal, audit, or operational risk management within a financial institution.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing banking activities and how regulations apply to products and services.
• Ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory authorities and third-party changes for applicability across MEA and selected EU jurisdictions.
• Perform manual identification when automation is unavailable using regulator websites and direct correspondence.
• Complete scope assessment questionnaires to determine remit within Citi's program.
• Create and submit Regulatory Change Records with key data and links to sources.
• Identify and assign changes to impacted business units and compliance leads for MEA.
• Escalate potential extra-territorial changes to governance forums and apply classifications.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to meet deadlines and metrics.
• Participate in tools updates and training to maintain program alignment.
