Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. You will manage transaction regulatory reports for Revolut entities, ensuring data quality and timely submissions while addressing exceptions and regulatory inquiries.

You will collaborate with Product, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Risk teams to implement changes and maintain robust controls and documentation. A strong background in EMIR, SFTR, and MIFIR is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transaction reporting for a bank or regulated entity or Big 4 consulting in reporting.
• In-depth EMIR, SFTR, and/or MIFIR knowledge (ideally all three).
• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities with data lineage familiarity.
• Ability to question data assumptions and identify gaps.
• Capable of developing processes to compile new reports and improve existing ones.
• Self-motivated with proactive change leadership and tight deadline discipline.

• Ensuring data quality before and after submission; reviewing and resolving exceptions promptly.
• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners.
• Performing regular quality controls to maintain reporting compliance.
• Owning resolution and escalation of items needing logic changes; collaborating across teams.
• Supporting periodic ad-hoc reporting projects for long-term improvements or remediations.
• Developing and maintaining controls, documentation, and change management approaches.
• Staying current on evolving regulatory reporting requirements and compliance.
• Reviewing and responding to regulatory inquiries.

We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager who can combine data management and analysis to create, review, and improve our regulatory reports. You’ll be responsible for transaction regulatory reports across MIFIR, SFTR, and EMIR for in-scope Revolut entities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing and reviewing transaction regulatory reports across MIFIR, SFTR, and EMIR for in-scope Revolut entities
• Ensuring adequate data quality before and after submission, reviewing exceptions, and ensuring they're resolved in a timely manner
• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners
• Performing regular quality controls to validate that reporting stays compliant
• Owning resolution and escalation of items requiring logic change, collaborating across Product, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Risk teams
• Supporting periodic ad-hoc transaction reporting projects related to long-term improvements or remediations
• Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches
• Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting
• Reviewing and responding to regulatory inquiries

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in a transaction reporting function for a bank or similar regulated entity, or as a consultant in a Big 4 (or similar environment) in transaction regulatory reporting
• In-depth expertise in EMIR, SFTR, and/or MIFIR, ideally working knowledge of all three
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, and familiarity with data lineage
• The ability to challenge underlying assumptions and data, and identify issues and gaps
• The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones
• To be highly self-motivated and proactively drives change
• Great organisation skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience working with key regulatory bodies/frameworks (e.g., FCA)
• Proficiency in SQL and AI tools
• Experience and knowledge of vendor reporting solutions
