Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Regulatory Data Analyst to join our data-driven team in Łódź. You will analyze data across multiple internal systems, support DORA ROI reporting, and coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment.

The ideal candidate has strong data analysis experience, familiarity with regulatory frameworks (DORA, EBA, ICT risk), and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into robust data structures, all while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, data management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (DORA, EBA, ICT risk).
• Understanding of contractual data / sourcing / third-party risk management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, data visualization tools or data platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures.
• Experience in process design, documentation and governance frameworks is a plus.
• Structured, analytical, quality-focused mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Proactive communicator with stakeholder-driven approach.
• Comfortable in complex regulatory environments.
• Able to balance project delivery and operational excellence.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have SQL and Power BI experience.

• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures for DORA ROI reporting.
• Coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment.
• Drive regulatory deliverables in line with DORA requirements and governance standards.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Contribute to process definition and documentation for ROI data collection and maintenance.
• Act as data owner and data quality lead for key ROI data during BAU operations.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs.
• Coordinate sustainable data maintenance processes with business stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting activities and audits related to DORA.
• Drive continuous improvements across data processes and tooling.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management or business analysis
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks (preferably DORA, EBA, ICT risk)
• Solid understanding of contractual data / sourcing / third-party risk management is an advantage
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levelsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data visualisation tools, or data platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures
• Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus
• Structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
