Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Regulatory Data Analyst to support data analysis, governance, and DORA reporting across multiple systems. You will define data structures, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders in sourcing, risk, IT, and legal.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of data processes. Strong English, attention to detail, and experience with data platforms are essential; SQL and Power BI familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across multiple internal systems and sources.
• Support design, validation, and reconciliation of data for DORA ROI reporting.

• Drive regulatory deliverables in line with DORA standards.
• Identify data gaps, risks, and mitigations; propose actions.
• Contribute to ROI data collection and governance documentation.
• Act as data owner and lead data quality for ROI data in BAU.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Coordinate sustainable data maintenance with business stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting and audits related to DORA.
• Drive continuous improvements across data processes and tooling.

Regulatory Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data across multiple internal systems and sources, including sourcing, contracts, and ICT services
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures required for DORA ROI reporting
• Coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment
• Drive regulatory deliverables in line with DORA requirements and internal governance standards
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose mitigation actions
• Contribute to process definition and documentation for ROI data collection and maintenance
• Act as data owner and data quality lead for key ROI data during BAU operations
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs
• Coordinate sustainable data maintenance processes with business stakeholders
• Support regulatory reporting activities and audits related to DORA
• Drive continuous improvements across data processes and tooling

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management or business analysis
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks (preferably DORA, EBA, ICT risk)
• Solid understanding of contractual data / sourcing / third-party risk management is an advantage
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data visualisation tools, or data platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures
• Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus
• Structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Proactive communicator with stakeholder-driven approach
• Comfortable working in complex regulatory environments
• Able to balance project delivery and operational excellence
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
