Elevate is recruiting a Junior Commercial Attorney for a full-time position based in our Centre of Excellence in Krakow, Poland. We offer a highly professional environment with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative, holistic and commercially focused solutions.

The role provides financial regulatory support and cross-border projects, combining legal work with technology-enabled workflows and AI-driven delivery. Two days per week in Cracow office are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal and financial regulatory support.
• English proficiency and ability to work across jurisdictions.
• Interest in cross-border financial regulation and AI-enabled delivery.

Responsabilités

• Support the client's Financial Regulatory lawyers with regulatory work across banking, investment and payments products.
• Assist with legal research and draft legal advice summaries.
• Collaborate with international teams and manage cross-border matters.
