Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure consumer protection practices remain compliant. You’ll advise on investment compliance (MiFID II, UCITS, MAR) and help establish and monitor related controls.

You’ll shape and implement a world-class compliance framework, work with regulators, and support the Operations team to ensure full regulatory alignment across product launches and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR.
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Acting as regulatory compliance expert for onboarding, product governance, and investment launches.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance with local regulations.
