Job summary

Revolut seeks a Compliance Assurance Manager in Poland to strengthen regulatory compliance management. You will design testing programs, perform assurance reviews across business areas, and leverage advanced data analytics to identify control improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Leading data-driven reviews, you will drive remediation efforts, document findings, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve the control environment and governance framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fintech or financial services risk/compliance.
• Experience in assurance or audits focusing on risk and compliance.
• Experience with controls, risk, policy, governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with 1st Line of Defence.
• Experience leveraging data to derive insights; SQL/Python nice

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Compliance Testing and Assurance Programme.
• Perform assurance reviews across business areas using data analytics.
• Create automated queries and dashboards for testing.
• Improve adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Support and enhance controls in various business areas.
• Execute remediation plans and document training as needed.
• Lead cross-department reviews and management reporting.
