Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland seeks a Regulatory Change Identification Lead to join the Legal group in Poland. You will monitor regulatory changes across the Middle East, Africa, and select EU countries and route them through Citi's Regulations Management Program to protect Citi's compliance posture.

You will work with compliance, risk, and business units, prepare detailed records, escalate where needed, and participate in ongoing tool updates and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, paralegal, audit, or operational risk management in a financial institution.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and their application to products and services.
• Strong documentation and high accuracy in complex records.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with collaborative style and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes across Middle East and Africa and assess applicability.
• Identify changes manually when automated services are unavailable via regulator websites and communications.
• Complete scope assessment questionnaires to determine program remit.
• Create and submit Regulatory Change Identification Records with key data.
• Identify and assign changes to impacted business units and leads.
• Escalate potential extra-territorial regulations to governance forums.
• Partner with compliance, risk, and business functions to meet deadlines.
• Participate in tools updates and training sessions.
