Citigroup Inc. is seeking a capital oversight professional to perform independent reviews of regulatory capital processes, focusing on RWA, SLR, and Basel Endgame readiness.

You will collaborate with Capital Controllers, Risk, Finance, and Technology to improve governance and deliver actionable insights. The role emphasizes data analytics using Python, Tableau, and LLM-enabled approaches to support senior management decisions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Regulatory Capital, Basel risk-weighted assets or related functions.
• Master's degree and professional certification preferred.
• Experience with Basel regulatory capital reporting (e.g., FFIEC 101, FR Y-9C) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Basel III Endgame is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent reviews and challenge activities per CCRRO annual plan.
• Assess design and effectiveness of processes, controls, and calculations for regulatory capital metrics.
• Communicate testing progress and emerging risks to CCRRO management and stakeholders.
• Support enhancement of second line oversight capabilities for Basel Endgame initiatives.
• Develop advanced capital analytics using AI, Python, Tableau, and LLM capabilities.
