Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Poland offers a role within the CCRRO team focused on independent reviews of regulatory capital, RWA metrics, and SLR calculations. You will work with Capital Controllers, Risk, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting to strengthen governance and deliver actionable insights.

The position requires 3+ years in Regulatory Capital or related areas, a Master’s degree (certifications preferred), and strong data analytics skills (Python/Tableau/SQL/Power BI).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Capital, Basel RWA, or related functions.
• Master's degree; professional certification preferred.
• Experience with Basel Regulatory Capital reporting and oversight is valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent reviews and challenge activities per CCRRO plan.
• Assess processes, controls, and calculations for regulatory capital metrics.
• Communicate testing progress and risks to CCRRO management.
• Enhance second line of defense oversight capabilities for Basel III Endgame.
• Develop RWA analytics using AI, Python, Tableau, and data sources.
• Create dashboards to support senior management decisions.
