Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Warszawa seeks a Capital Analytics & Solutions Analyst within the Basel Measurement & Analytics (BM&A) team to turn regulatory capital data into actionable insights for better decision-making.

The role sits at the intersection of regulatory capital, quantitative analysis, technology, and business partnership. You will develop analytics models, prototypes, and dashboards using AI-assisted tools while collaborating with Finance, Risk, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or related analytical discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in finance, risk, data analysis, technology, or related analytical role.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with structured data.
• Familiarity with Python, Excel, data visualization, or dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining capital analytics models under senior guidance.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to support identification of business insights.
• Support prototypes and analytical workflows to improve accuracy and timeliness of capital reporting.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear data definitions, calculations, and controls.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to support coding and analysis with quality controls.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Risk, various Capital teams, Technology, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and share results.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, reconciliation, process improvement, and team best practices.
