Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager to join the Finance team in Poland. You will compile, review, and manage all local regulatory reports for the branch network, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions across regulatory bodies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement reporting processes, maintain controls, and stay updated on evolving requirements, including close collaboration with Central Bank authorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a compliance or reporting function for a bank (or similar regulated entity).
• Experience working with financial regulators in Poland.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in an international environment.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Producing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission.
• Supporting branch activity, defining and implementing the process for submitting regulatory reports.
• Developing and maintaining robust controls, documentation, and change management for reporting areas (automated and manual).
• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners.
• Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Staying current on new regulatory reporting requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure financial reporting aligns with regulatory needs.
• Maintaining a close relationship with the Central Bank and responding to queries.
