Job summary

ZF Group in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Planner to ensure material availability and optimize inventory across the aftermarket. You will drive procurement coordination, supervise SAP APO planning, and collaborate with international suppliers to balance capacity and schedules.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management within a fast-paced, global team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations management.
3+ years of professional experience in supply planning or a related field.
Strong change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with SAP/APO/IBP environments and end-to-end SCM processes.

Responsibilities

Execute material procurement for components.
Manage and monitor daily production planning in SAP APO (PP/DS).
Analyze and address bottlenecks with logistics teams.
Coordinate lead time adjustments with international suppliers and modify purchase orders/schedule lines.
Transfer schedule lines from APO to SAP.
Issue purchase orders and schedule lines via EDI/Exchange channels.
Manage APO planning administration for replacements and NPIs.
Weekly backlog reporting to ensure material availability.
