Job summary

Gebauer & Griller in Gliwice, Poland, seeks an experienced purchasing professional to support category managers and manage daily procurement activities. You will handle SAP MM data maintenance and coordinate operative purchasing of requested parts, ensuring timely deliveries.

The role requires up to 5 years in purchasing, fluency in English, and strong negotiation skills. Hybrid work model with office presence and opportunities for German training if needed.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing company.
• Business or technical education.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM).
• Analytical way of thinking, structured way of work.
• Good communication and negotiations skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Operational support for Category Managers
• Daily procurement process related activities management
• SAP data maintenance & administration
• Operative purchasing of requested parts
• Management of deliveries of purchased goods to ensure punctual, correct deliveries
• Price, condition negotiation starting 15k€ investments
• Identification of new potential suppliers in the course of market research
• Requesting non-disclosure agreements from new suppliers
