Docplanner in Poland is recruiting a Patient Care Regional Manager to lead and develop Patient Care teams across European markets. You will drive performance, quality reviews, and day-to-day operations, partnering with Country Managers and the Global Patient Care Head to ensure consistent service.

You'll translate global standards into local execution, read data, provide feedback, and nurture talent while maintaining a high standard of patient experience across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer support, patient experience, or service operations with 2+ years in people management.
• Experience managing teams across multiple European countries.
• Data-driven mindset with dashboards and operational reports.
• Experience running quality review or moderation programs (calibration, rubric design).
• Fluency in English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Own performance reviews, 1:1s, and development conversations for direct reports across your markets.
• Track and own regional KPIs: response SLA, first-contact resolution, CSAT, and quality scores.
• Partner with Country Managers to align on priorities, workload, and service commitments; collaborate with Product/PATS on tooling.
• Own escalation protocols for complex patient cases and contribute to monthly Patient Voice reporting.
