Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Patient Journey Partner Leader to guide a distributed team of PJPs in Poland. You will translate national strategies into field actions, coach team members, and remove barriers to improve patient care in a compliant, collaborative environment.

You will work in a hybrid model, travel regularly across Poland, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on patient outcomes and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed, geographically dispersed teams in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in commercial, medical, or market access roles within healthcare.
• Fluent English in daily business conversations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Patient Journey Partners across Poland with agile practices.
• Translate national plans into regional actions and remove barriers in patient journeys.
• Collaborate with Squads and the Cluster Leader to ensure effective resource use.
• Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and Roche Code of Conduct.
