You will translate national strategy into regional action, coach team members, and remove barriers to streamline patient access and care. This role emphasizes agile leadership, cross-functional engagement, and field-based collaboration with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring pharma/biotech experience, strong coaching skills, and fluency in English, with a willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Experience leading distributed teams across geographies.
- Deep understanding of pharma/biotech with cross-functional engagement.
- Fluent English with international collaboration.
Responsabilités
- Lead a team of Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and develop their skills.
- Translate national plans into regional actions with Squads and CECL.
- Identify barriers in the patient journey and deploy solutions.
- Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, and the Code of Conduct.
