Job summary

Adecco Group Poland is seeking an On-Site Manager to lead operations within a dynamic client environment in Katowice. You will work closely with the client to enhance service strategies, manage temporary staff, and drive growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

The role requires at least two years of managerial experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English for seamless client interaction. Warehouse experience is a plus in supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop cooperation with the Client by searching for new opportunities of providing Adecco services and expanding the scope of these services.
• Oversee the delivery of temporary employees to the client and monitor KPIs.
• Plan, direct, and control all stages of operations within the client office for efficiency.
• Assist in achieving the annual business plan and analyse financial data related to service delivery.
• Develop the team to be fully trained and more capable.
• Drive sales and profitability through client service actions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
• Manage a subordinate team and temporary employees’ resources.
• Be responsible for recruitment project implementation.

What you\’ll be doing

• Develop cooperation with the Client by searching for new opportunities of providing Adecco services and constantly taking care of expanding the scope of these services (increasing the Client\'s market share);


• Control and monitor compliance with all provisions of the contract with the Client;Oversee the delivery of temporary employees to the client and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Plan, direct, and control all stages of operations within the client office to ensure efficiency;


• Assist in the preparation and achievement of the annual business plan to drive growth; Analyse financial data related to the delivery and execution of services for the client;


• Develop the team to be fully trained, enhancing their professional capabilities;


• Conduct client service activities to increase sales and profitability through strategic actions;


• Monitor and control compliance with contract provisions to ensure smooth operations;


• Manage a subordinate team;


• Manage temporary employees\' resources;


• Supervise the duties and responsibilities for the proper records maintenance of employees delegated permanently to work in another business entity;


• Be responsible for the overall implementation of the ordered recruitment project;

About you

Demonstrated experience of at least two years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in MS Office to prepare extensive analyses and reports effectively.

Warehouse operational experience is a plus.
