Job summary

KONE is seeking an Learning & Development Business Partner to drive learning consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of capability-building programs across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.

You will collaborate with business leaders to define priorities, deliver regional development initiatives, and align them with global L&D strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and workforce growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a multinational matrix.
Proficiency in English.
Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders.
Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and learning content creation.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and set priorities.
Design and deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical skills.
Coordinate global and local learning initiatives and manage key programs.
Lead apprenticeship programs with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
Monitor learning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Build and support a network of internal trainers.
Develop and coordinate AI training programs to support digital transformation.
Promote a strong learning culture across the region and support workforce development.
Oversee learning-related investments within approved budgets.
