Job summary

KONE is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of capability-building programs across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region. You will collaborate with regional leaders to define priorities, deliver regional initiatives, and align with global L&D strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and workforce growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Proven experience designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs.
Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in multinational environments.
Proficiency in English and ability to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and set development priorities.
Design and deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical skills.
Coordinate global and local learning initiatives as project manager.
Lead apprenticeship programs with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
Monitor learning metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Build and support a network of internal trainers.
Develop AI training programs with providers to support digital transformation.
Promote a strong learning culture across the region and support workforce development.
