Job summary

KONE is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive learning consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of capability-building programs across selected countries in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.

You will partner with regional leaders to identify learning priorities, design annual training plans for technical and non-technical competencies, and ensure alignment with the global L&D strategy to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication in English; ability to work in multinational environments.
Experience using AI tools for productivity and learning content creation.
Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify learning needs with regional stakeholders and set development priorities.
Design and deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical competencies.
Manage global and local learning initiatives and act as project manager.
Lead apprenticeship programs with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
Monitor KPIs and maintain high-quality learning data for continuous improvement.
Build and support a network of internal trainers.
Develop and coordinate AI training programs to support digital transformation.
Promote a strong learning culture and workforce development across the region.
