Job summary

KONE Kraków is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive learning consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of capability-building programs across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.

You will partner with regional leaders to define priorities, design annual training plans, manage global/local initiatives, lead apprenticeship programs, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting managers and employees in growth.

Qualifications

Design and evaluate regional learning programs.
Collaborate with leaders to align initiatives with global L&D strategy.
Build a network of internal trainers and champions.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
Design and deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical competencies.
Coordinate global and local learning initiatives and manage key programs.
Lead apprenticeship programs with Talent Acquisition and business teams.
Monitor learning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Support employees in functional and role-specific growth.
