Job summary

Egis Poland is seeking an IT Specialist who will also serve as the Regional Information Security Manager for the EURA region, based in Poland. The role combines day-to-day IT support and local IT budget management for our Warsaw teams with regional security responsibilities.

The position is part of the Group CIO Office and reports to the Group CISO. The EURA scope includes multiple countries, and the role applies security policy, risk assessment, and audits across entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in IT or IT security roles.
• Masters degree or 5-year higher education in CS/engineering/security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and IT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and requests in ServiceNow with timely resolution and communication.
• Manage local IT budget across entities and forecast spend.
• Implement and monitor Group information security policy in EURA region.
• Coordinate with the SOC and external auditors on security incidents and audits.
• Oversee security audits and run security awareness programs for EURA.
