Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, seeks a Regional IS SSC Leader – IC Is to drive MES/MoM and ICS deployments across Central Europe. You will lead rollout, integration, and optimization of industrial systems, coordinating with IT SSC and Cybersecurity, validating interfaces to SAP COMP@SS and BigQuery, and mentoring the IS team.

You should have a strong MES/ICS background, Linux and container tech, and English fluency for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of practical experience in supporting manufacturing systems (experience with legacy Barflow MES is an asset).
• Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and shopfloor data acquisition.
• Technical proficiency in Linux, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - crucial for working with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English, essential for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead key IS aspects during strategic Industrial system rollouts (Next Gen MES/MoM) including installation and config.
• Coordinate with IT SSC and Cybersecurity teams to meet prerequisites for new deployments.
• Validate critical interfaces connecting MES/MoM to SAP COMP@SS and BigQuery.
• Act as Lead IS application specialist and provide Level 2 elevated support for the industrial software suite.
• Mentor IS team and share knowledge of modern architectures: Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, data streaming.
• Develop standardized system maintenance and deployment documentation with Group project teams.
