Job summary

Seco SOLVA, a part of Sandvik Group, seeks a Regional Project Lead to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex customer projects across East/Central Europe. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage governance, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and cost per part.

Travel to customer sites and partnerships will be required, with focus on long‑term supportability. You will connect business development, regional sales, and technical teams to translate manufacturing challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or technical project leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex customer projects and coordinating cross‑functional contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, governance, and risk management.
• Translate challenges into structured opportunities and measurable outcomes.
• Coach teams to use Solva tools and sustain ownership after handover.
• Ensure structured closure, lessons learned, and handover to local Seco teams.
