Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Regional Process Lead in FP&A to act as SME for end-to-end FP&A processes and ensure the Global Template deployment following the DBB transition methodology. You will coordinate and facilitate key user meetings, system configuration, module testing and training documentation.

• University degree required.
• 5+ years transforming in an international environment.
• Experience in FP&A and global template transitions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements within functional areas.
• Lead transition methodology and configuration for FP&A modules.
• Facilitate user meetings and prepare training materials.
• Support adoption of the Global Template across OpCos.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and effective status reporting.
